Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to deliver aftermarket parts management support to dealer networks remotely. You may need to live in or relocate to the territory and travel 50% or more, collaborating with nearby regions to meet national aftermarket standards.

You will analyze dealer performance, promote DTNA programs, and lead training while helping develop annual business plans for parts sales and improve profitability for dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Strong sales track record and product sales background.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to travel 50% or more as required.
• Working knowledge of Paragon parts system, Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at dealers/distributors.
• Support dealer programs and grow parts sales across territories.
• Conduct operations audits and provide corrective-action recommendations.
• Promote and implement DTNA programs and aftermarket standards.
• Provide field intelligence on market trends and customer needs.
