Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to provide aftermarket parts management support to dealer and distributor networks. • Remote role with domestic travel up to 50% or more.
• Experience in aftermarket parts management and dealer/distributor support.
• Ability to analyze dealer performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealers/distributor level.
• Lead programs to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct operations audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish strong relationships between Dealer/Distributor Principal and Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principal to align with corporate aftermarket objectives.
• Provide field intelligence to headquarters on programs, market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop annual business plans for parts with dealers/distributors.
• Promote and support DTNA sales programs and parts marketing plans.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust sales plans to meet targets.
• Call on end customers with dealers/distributor staff.
• Analyze customer needs to improve aftermarket support.
• Train dealer/distributor personnel and relay HQ training programs.
