Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to lead aftermarket parts sales and service across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas. This remote role requires residence in the supported territory and frequent travel to dealer locations.

You will partner with dealers to implement programs, grow parts sales, and ensure alignment with DTNA standards. A strong background in sales, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of professional experience, or 3+ years direct relevant experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across organizational levels and with cross-functional teams.
• Track record in sales and dealer/distributor channel management.

Responsibilities

• Improve dealer/distributor parts sales performance.
• Provide aftermarket parts program support and training.
• Manage territory of MN, MI, MT and Dakotas with ~30 locations.
• Collaborate with HQ and DTNA systems teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Support annual business planning for parts sales.
• Promote DTNA sales programs at dealer level.
