Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to oversee aftermarket parts sales and service with dealers and distributors in Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas. This remote role requires residence within the territory and regular travel to support dealer groups and implement DTNA programs.

You will drive dealer performance, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate with headquarters to promote national parts standards.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA +8 years of professional experience (or 3 years of direct relevant experience) or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to travel 50% or more required

Aufgaben

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealers/distributor level.
• Initiate innovative methods to improve dealer behavior to meet national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct operations audits and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Establish harmonious relationship between Dealer/Distributor Principal and Parts Manager.
• Work with Dealer Principal to align Parts Manager with aftermarket objectives.
