Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to provide aftermarket parts management support to dealer/distributors. The role emphasizes sales program execution, inventory optimization, and performance analysis while coordinating with adjacent regions and HQ to meet nationwide parts objectives.

The position is remote with a requirement to reside within the supported territory and travel ~50% to dealers.

Responsibilities

• Provide dealer/distributors with aftermarket parts management support in parts sales and customer service.
• Assist dealer/distributors in implementing programs to grow parts sales.
• Collaborate with nearby DPMs to support cross-regional AORs.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust sales plans to meet targets.
• Conduct operations audits and recommend corrective actions based on data analyses.
• Develop and promote sales and merchandising programs aligned with national standards.
