Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to lead aftermarket parts sales and service initiatives remotely across a broad US territory. The role collaborates with nearby DPMs to support cross‑region AORs and improve dealer performance.

You will drive sales, analyze performance, and promote corporate programs while maintaining strong dealer relationships. Travel around 50%+ is expected, with generous benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Formación

• BS/BA +8 years of professional experience (or 3 years direct relevant experience) or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more required.
• Strong sales track record and product sales background.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional areas.

Responsabilidades

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealers/distributor level.
• Initiate methods to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct operations audits and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Develop relationships with Dealer/Distributor principals and Parts Managers.
• Provide field intelligence to headquarters on program effectiveness and market trends.
• Promote DTNA sales programs and training; deliver on-site training as required.
• Manage a large territory (~30 locations) within the district.
