Daimler Truck North America is seeking a remote Parts Sales Manager to elevate aftermarket performance across the West territory, partnering with dealers and distributors to drive program adoption and financial results.

The role requires strong sales credentials and fluency with DTNA Paragon, Salesforce and Tableau, with travel about 50% to support partners and initiatives. Reports to the Director of Parts Sales – West.

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealers/distributor level.
• Initiate innovative methods to meet national aftermarket standards of parts performance.
• Conduct operations audits and provide recommended actions based on data analysis.
• Establish strong relationships between Dealer Principal and Parts Manager to align programs.
