Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Channel Managers and drive growth across Microsoft partner ecosystems. You will coach, strategize, and build scalable engagement models to accelerate partner success.

You’ll guide partners through GTM planning, pipeline development, and technical readiness, while maintaining a strong emphasis on accountability and results in a remote-capable, travel-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing customer-facing, partner-facing, technical sales, solution consulting, partner success, or similar organizations.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving go-to-market strategy, partner growth, and measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and collaborate across multiple organizations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing channel team and coach Channel Managers to grow partnerships.
• Guide partners to build Microsoft cloud businesses through readiness, solution positioning, and pipeline development.
• Develop joint business planning, GTM strategies, and scalable engagement models with partners.
