Arrow Electronics is seeking an accomplished Field Sales Manager to lead a seven-person Channel Manager team focused on Microsoft partner growth. You will coach, enable, and scale partner initiatives to drive pipeline and customer success.

In this remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape GTM strategies, and leverage data to deliver measurable outcomes for partners and Arrow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer- and partner-facing organizations.
• Experience driving go-to-market strategy and partner growth with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence leaders across multiple organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented operator with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Proven sales cadence, pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and execution vs. targets.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Channel Manager team and foster career growth.
• Guide partners to build Microsoft cloud businesses through readiness, positioning, joint planning, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and executives to accelerate partner outcomes.
• Define success by measurable business outcomes, use data to guide decisions, and continuously improve the org.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning while driving measurable results.
