Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of seven Channel Managers who help Microsoft partners accelerate growth and build differentiated go-to-market strategies.
You will coach and develop talent, drive partner success through cloud solutions, and collaborate across sales, partner development, and solution architects to maximize impact. This role offers fully remote work with travel to Arrow offices as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience leading high-performing customer-facing or partner-facing teams.
- Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategies and pipeline growth.
- Strong collaboration across multiple organizations without formal authority.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsabilités
- Coach and inspire seven Channel Managers to grow partners' businesses.
- Guide partners in cloud solutions, solution positioning, and joint business planning.
- Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, and other stakeholders to accelerate outcomes.
- Define and measure success through data and measurable business outcomes.
