You will coach seven Channel Managers to develop differentiated go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, and drive customer success. This leadership role emphasizes influence, data-driven decisions, and measurable business outcomes for partners and Arrow.

Qualificações

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, or technical sales organizations.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving GTM strategy and partner growth.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and collaborate across organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Robust sales cadence, pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and execution.
• People-oriented servant leadership focused on coaching and team growth.
• Open, direct communicator building trust and setting clear expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Channel Managers to drive partner success and differentiated GTM strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Channel Managers to grow their business and technical credibility.
• Guide partners in building Microsoft cloud businesses through readiness, positioning, joint planning, and pipeline development.
• Foster scalable engagement models and AI-enabled ways of working to boost impact.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate partner outcomes.
