Arrow Electronics in Illinois is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead seven Channel Managers and shape Microsoft's partner ecosystem, accelerating growth and differentiated go-to-market strategies. You will coach, mentor, and develop talent, drive partner success through readiness, joint business planning, and pipeline development, and influence across many organizations to maximize impact.

This fully remote role requires travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, or sales leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen with GTM strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence across organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Proven sales cadence, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Channel Managers to shape Microsoft's partner ecosystem.
• Coach, mentor, and develop talent to expand business acumen and leadership.
• Guide partners in building cloud businesses through readiness, solution positioning, and joint planning.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to maximize impact.
• Define success through measurable business outcomes using data and continuous process improvements.
