Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a seven-person Channel Manager team focused on Microsoft partner ecosystems. You will coach, align GTM, and drive pipeline across partner networks to accelerate customer success.

You’ll influence across sales, partner development, solution architects, and marketing to remove obstacles and maximize impact, with fully remote work and occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, or technical sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with GTM strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Influence leaders across organizations without relying on formal authority.
• Detail-oriented operator with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Proven sales cadence, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
• Servant leader prioritizing coaching and team growth.
• Open, direct communicator building trust through transparency.
• Proven sales acumen leading a sales team with cloud and subscription experience.
• Channel experience managing and growing partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing Channel Manager team.
• Coach, mentor, and grow leadership and business acumen.
• Guide partners in achieving cloud business success through readiness, position, joint planning, GTM, and pipeline development.
• Encourage scalable engagement models and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Collaborate across Microsoft Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to align priorities.
