Arrow Electronics, a global technology solutions provider, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Channel Managers building Microsoft's partner ecosystem and accelerating partner growth.

You'll coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive GTM and pipeline strategies. Remote work from Illinois is supported with office travel as requested.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing or partner-facing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with GTM strategy experience.
• Ability to influence across organizations without formal authority.
• Proven track record in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience with cloud/subscription services and partner ecosystems.
