Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Channel Managers focused on Microsoft partner ecosystems. You will coach, develop, and align partners’ go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth and pipeline development.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scale engagement models, and drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining a servant-leader approach and a focus on talent development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, technical sales, or similar organizations.
• Proven ability to drive GTM strategy and partner growth.
• Strong collaboration across multiple orgs without formal authority.
• Demonstrated coaching and people-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing Channel Manager team.
• Guide partners to develop differentiated GTM strategies.
• Drive pipeline development and measurable partner success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to remove obstacles and accelerate outcomes.
• Lead through influence with a focus on data-driven decisions.
