Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio across the assigned geography. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, and drive on-label adoption in operating rooms.

You will own relationships with healthcare professionals, meet sales quotas, and collaborate with hospital staff while traveling frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label use and product features/benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide information or demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor forecasts and assess territory market potential and competition.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with others to support broader company initiatives.
• Provide feedback to supervisor/marketing for program and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously with proactive communication to management.
