UnitedHealthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a field-based EP Account Manager in New York to enroll eligible members in the Essential Plan and cultivate relationships with providers, CBOs, and other community partners. The role combines client-facing activities with enrollment targets across multiple channels and requires travel within the NY market.

You will meetings with providers, conduct presentations, and manage sales activities while telecommuting from NY.

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified NYSOH CAC
• 2+ years B2B/B2C direct marketing or outside sales experience
• MS Office & Salesforce CRM proficiency
• Willing to travel locally (up to 100%)
• Able to work 8am-5pm; some nights/weekends
• Reside within/commutable distance of NY market

Responsabilités

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan
• Build relationships with key accounts (providers, CBOs, housing)
• Present health plan information to providers and stakeholders
• Provide enrollment support and excellent service
• Meet or exceed sales/enrollment goals in territory
• Conduct product information presentations (including in-home)
• Track sales activities in internal systems
