UnitedHealthcare is seeking an outside/field Sales Account Manager in Chautauqua County, NY to enroll eligible members in the Essential Plan and build strategic partnerships with provider offices, CBOs, housing organizations, and community stakeholders. The role blends in-home and outreach activities across indoor and outdoor settings to grow EP membership.

• Willingness to travel locally and meet enrollment goals within NY market.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan in the assigned territory.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and potential eligible members.
• Serve as primary contact for members’ enrollment experience and support.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets within the territory.
