Job summary

UnitedHealthcare, a leading health care company, seeks an EP Account Manager in New York to enroll eligible members and expand the Essential Plan. This field-based role involves building relationships with provider offices, CBOs, and community organizations to drive enrollment and growth.

You will present health plan information, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets while providing excellent service. Telecommuting is possible from New York with occasional in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UnitedHealthcare Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and potential eligible members.
• Serve as primary contact for members to provide enrollment experience.
• Lead pipeline management and meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings, including in-home consultations.
• Track sales activities and interactions in internal systems daily.
• Input consumer demographics and interactions into company systems.
