Job summary

UnitedHealthcare in New York is seeking a field-based EP Sales Account Manager to enroll members in the Essential Plan and cultivate relationships with provider offices, community organizations, and other partners.

You will travel locally within the NY market, present health plan information, drive enrollment, and manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service. Training on government programs will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active NYSOH CAC certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hiring.
• 2+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UnitedHealthcare Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with provider offices, CBOs, housing, and other partners.
• Present health plan information to providers and potential eligible members.
• Serve as main contact for members to ensure enrollment and service quality.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment goals within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in various settings, including in-home.
• Track leads, appointments, and enrollment progress daily in internal systems.
