Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s UnitedHealthcare division seeks a field-based EP Account Manager in New York to enroll eligible members in the Essential Plan and cultivate relationships with providers, CBOs, and community partners. This role requires strong sales skills, travel within NY, and the ability to work in a hybrid/telecommute setup.

Responsibilities include pipeline management, delivering plan information, and achieving enrollment targets while providing excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NYSOH CAC certification required or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UnitedHealthcare Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts and community partners.
• Present health plan information to providers and stakeholders; close sales.
