Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for IP&E to drive growth in West Michigan. This remote-friendly role entails planning market strategy, developing key relationships, and promoting Arrow’s full lifecycle programs across supply chain services.

Able to develop and present iQBRs and lead QBRs with major customers, leveraging pricing programs and vendor relations to close opportunities. Proficiency in Salesforce and Oracle is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute on them.
• Experience promoting and selling full lifecycle programs including supply chain and value-add services.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory of West Michigan, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
• Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.
• Lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle.
