Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive profitable sales growth within CPA firm accounts. The role blends remote work with occasional client visits and trade shows, reporting to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales.

You will manage an assigned account list, learn the full product line, develop annual business plans, and collaborate with Product Managers to translate client needs into enhancements. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; OR, if no degree, 6+ years of software/SaaS field sales experience.
• 5+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience with quotas and sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com; SalesLogix) and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn full line of Tax & Accounting products including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
• Learn and implement the sales process for Tax & Accounting products and services; achieve sales quotas.
• Manage assigned account list and maintain Salesforce CRM; build call lists and engage decision-makers.
• Promote new account development and conduct prospecting calls to establish in-person/virtual meetings; participate in industry events.
• Grow existing customer business by understanding client needs and conveying WK solutions value.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate unmet client requirements into functional specifications.
• Improve market share by identifying opportunities in target accounts and engaging management level stakeholders.
• Develop an Annual Business Plan with pipeline predictions and quarterly forecasts; report weekly.
