Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US seeks a Field Sales Executive to drive profitable sales growth within an established CPA firm base. You will report to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales, and execute the prescribed sales process to meet quotas.

You will manage accounts, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and collaborate with Product Managers to translate client needs into product enhancements. Travel up to 30% and a commission‑eligible role are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; OR, 6+ years of software/SaaS field sales experience
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in software/SaaS environments
• Developing and qualifying prospect lists
• Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and sales goals
• Developing and implementing business plans and forecasts
• Converting networking contacts into opportunities
• In-person presentations to prospective clients aligning with client needs
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com; SalesLogix)

Responsibilities

• Learn full line of Tax & Accounting products including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition
• Learn and implement the prescribed sales process and meet quotas
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain Salesforce CRM data
• Promote new account development and schedule meetings (in-person/virtual)
• Grow existing customer business by understanding evolving needs
• Contribute to product development by translating client requirements into specs
• Identify opportunities to grow market share within territory
• Plan and schedule all sales activities and collaborate with team
