Job summary

Atlas Copco Group seeks a Field Sales Engineer - Service for the San Antonio area. You will drive sales growth for service offerings, leveraging technical expertise to meet customer needs and expand the service portfolio.

You will develop strategic territory plans, prospect new accounts, manage quotes, and collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver value. Travel within the territory is required; base salary plus commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for service by developing strategic territory plans and new accounts.
• Proactively prospect, quote, and follow up with customers and key accounts.
• Audit systems and process rebates with local utilities for energy savings.
• Provide training to customers and distribution partners; support post-sale activities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals acrossRotary, reciprocating compressors, accessories and aftermarket services.
