Atlas Copco is seeking an Oil Free Air Sales Manager to secure new business and expand market share across rotary screw air compressors, air treatment, nitrogen generation, and related lines. The role emphasizes direct sales to customers, strategic prospecting, and collaboration with aftermarket staff to maximize customer satisfaction.

The position requires 5+ years in direct industrial equipment sales or related customer service, with a four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Four-year degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans and schedules to identify sales prospects, targets, and markets.
• Call on and sell products directly to customers in assigned area; engage in planned prospecting to grow the customer base.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms; deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Attend exhibits and meetings to present sales materials and programs; coordinate with regional teams.
• Report activity and performance against budget; provide feedback on product and pricing developments.
