Job summary

Atlas Copco in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Sales professional to prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in the assigned area. You will develop action plans to meet sales goals and coordinate with Sales Managers on prime equipment and service offerings.

The role requires 3 years of industrial sales experience, a four-year degree in business or marketing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant industrial sales experience required.
• Four-year degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Willing to travel 1–2 hours around Austin, TX.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area and meet sales goals.
• Sell service products including service plans and repairs to customers.
• Prepare reports on activity, lost orders, closings, and budgets.
• Communicate with distributors and key accounts, and coordinate prime equipment sales with Sales Managers.
• Travel within 1–2 hour radius of Austin for sales activities.
