Job summary

Atlas Copco seeks a Sales Manager for Oil Free Air and related product lines. The role focuses on prospecting, closing sales, and maintaining key accounts while collaborating with aftermarket to achieve high customer satisfaction. Requires 5+ years in direct industrial equipment sales or customer service and a four-year degree.

The position is fully remote, with travel as needed. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, with monthly commissions, annual bonus potential, and a monthly auto

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Four-year degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must be self-directed and able to log all sales visits and opportunities in the CRM system promptly.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Overnight travel to attend company meetings and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers to grow Atlas Copco market share in rotary screw air compressors, oil-free and nitrogen generation equipment.
• Sell products (new and refurbished) and coordinate with aftermarket sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms.
• Oversee customer services via quality checks and follow-up; resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional image and align with Atlas Copco values; develop sales materials for events and promotions.
• Report activity, lost orders, closings, and performance against budget; provide feedback on product and pricing developments.
