Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise and a customer-focused approach. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, engineering or related field preferred.
• Customer-focused with ability to identify and prioritize customer needs.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to adapt to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design compressed air solutions and stay current on Quincy offerings.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit compressed air systems and process rebates with utilities.
• Travel daily within the sales territory and domestically as needed.
• Provide training to customers and grow local sub-distribution.
