Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Field Sales Engineer, Service to develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners by listening, creating value and following up on leads that support business growth for our customers and our own business.

Your role focuses on building a strategic sales territory, exploring new accounts and opportunities, and coordinating with other teams to maximize service solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the service sales and prospecting.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to prioritise customer needs.
• Proactive, able to lead yourself and manage varied workloads.
• Proficient with computers, CRMs, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Manage a strategic sales territory and new accounts, and call plan for growth.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services and Service Plans.
• Use business tools to gather customer information for quoting and recording activities.
• Process orders and ensure post-sales documentation and approvals.
• Maintain installed base information and customer records in systems.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on market activity and competition.
• Conduct regular reviews with the regional sales manager and team.
• Collaborate with other areas to develop opportunities and strategies.
