Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to grow and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners. You will develop a strategic sales territory, pursue new accounts, and create value through thoughtful lead follow-up and quote development.

You will use CRM tools to manage customer data, collaborate with teams to retain or recover customers, and report to the Regional Sales Manager. This role covers five boroughs and Westchester County with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in service sales or prospecting.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, engineering, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming customer requests and develop those into cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow up, qualify and respond to leads from different sources.
• Collaborate with other areas and sales teams to develop opportunities and retain customers.
• Conduct prospecting with defined target accounts and set up future meetings.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services.
• Use Salesforce.com and CPQ to gather customer information for quoting and record activities.
