Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Field Sales Representative, Service to join our team for building and strengthening customer relationships across a dedicated Chicago, IL territory. The role focuses on listening to customers, creating value, developing leads, and driving growth through cross-selling and after-sales opportunities.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with other teams to maximize service and equipment sales.

Qualifications

• Two years in service sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Create value and follow up on leads and opportunities to grow business.
• Develop a strategic sales territory and prospect new accounts.
• Qualify and respond to leads from different sources.
• Collaborate with other teams to retain or recover customers.
• Prepare quotes for services and manage the sales process.
