Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative, Service to develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners, translating leads into opportunities that drive growth. You will manage a strategic service territory, pursue new accounts, and plan calls to expand value for customers.

You will utilize Salesforce.com, CPQ, and ERP (BPCS) to gather information, quote Fixed Price Services and Service Plans, and record activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of service sales experience with prospecting and a structured sales process.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships and internal partnerships.
• Qualify and respond to leads from various sources to create opportunities.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services and Service Plans.
• Use CRM and ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, CPQ) to gather customer data and record activities.
• Process orders with necessary documentation and approvals.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on market activity and competition.
• Report to Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with other teams.
