Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking an Engineered Solutions Sales Leader to drive all customer activities for the engineered solutions portfolio in the Charlotte region. Under supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, you will mentor New Equipment salespeople and coordinate with product teams to position high- and low-pressure compression solutions.

You will develop key accounts, conduct lunches, analyze markets, manage quotes in the CRM, and travel frequently to meet customers and training

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; business/management considered with supplemental technical training or experience.
7+ years compressor industry experience preferred.
General knowledge of industrial products including compressed air products and markets.
Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter.

Responsibilities

Lead all customer activities for engineered solutions portfolio within the assigned territory.
Support and mentor New Equipment salespeople in the engineered solutions portfolio.
Drive market share growth of engineered solutions products through the New Equipment sales team.
Design and engineer compressed air and gas generation solutions.
Develop relationships with key engineered solutions accounts in the territory.
Track customer calls and provide CRM-based reports; manage quote log.
