Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Field Sales Representative, Service to build and maintain customer relationships across a defined territory. You will identify opportunities, develop accounts and create value for customers while collaborating with internal teams.

You will manage the sales process, prepare quotes, and use Salesforce, CPQ and ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years in service sales are required, with a focus on customer-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the service business, prospecting and conducting systematic sales process.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or related technical field.
• Customer-oriented with ability to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
• Risk taker and able to cope with varied workloads.
• Proficient with computers, CRMs, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Qualify and respond to leads; cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams and departments to develop opportunities and retain customers.
• Prospect with defined target accounts, arrange meetings and develop sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services.
• Use Salesforce.com, CPQ (iQ2), ERP (BPCS) to gather customer data and record activities.
• Process orders with PO, documentation, approvals and contract review.
• Maintain installed base information and customer records in ERP and CRM.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on market activity and competition.
• Conduct regular reviews with sales manager and CTS team.
