Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Tallahassee, FL. The role is remote with a strong field component, focusing on expanding our SaaS client base and deepening engagement with existing software clients.

You will prospect, nurture relationships, present solutions, and drive a quota through a remote-first approach with occasional in-person client visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in SaaS)
• 2+ years of outbound sales (full cycle)
• Industry knowledge with ability to grasp Thryv product suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration in the existing client base and increase engagement with software clients
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients to meet sales quotas
• Present opportunities for additional sales and extended usage
• Execute defined sales processes, cadences and product demos
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations and training as needed
