Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to hunt, prospect, and close net-new SaaS clients. This field-based role requires spending significant time meeting local business owners face-to-face in their communities and driving a robust pipeline for predetermined sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, 2+ years in outbound sales, and strong relationship-building skills. Remote-first environment with travel and local client engagement expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years of outbound sales with full cycle.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales or extended usage.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients through self-generated and company prospecting.
• Executes defined sales processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participates in sales meetings, calibrations, and training as needed.
