Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand our SaaS client base and deepen engagement with existing customers. The role requires representing Thryv outside the home office and developing relationships with SMB clients to meet sales quotas.

You will prospect, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with marketing and tech teams to drive strategic initiatives. Travel roughly half the time and thrive in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS context.
• 2+ years in outbound full sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Must live within 1 hour of the posting city and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration within existing client base and expand SaaS adoption.
• Contact assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients through self-generated and company programs.
• Follow defined sales processes: cadences, product demos, order entry, intake forms.
• Participate in sales meetings, calibrations, and training.
