Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to hunt and close net-new SaaS clients. You will build and manage a pipeline, meet local business owners face-to-face, and drive software adoption across SMBs.

This field-based, remote-first role requires 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, strong prospecting, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. Local travel within the area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years outbound sales with full sales cycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Must live local to posting city with 1-hour commute and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients through self-prospecting and company programs.
• Follows defined sales processes and cadences with client engagement.
• Participates in sales meetings and training sessions.
