Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to increase penetration with existing clients and grow the SaaS client base. The role requires visiting clients and pursuing new opportunities, exceeding a predetermined sales quota, and working predominantly outside of a home office.

You will engage existing clients, educate prospects on Thryv software, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute sales strategies. Remote-first role with local driving requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct sales, SaaS preferred.
• 2+ years outbound full sales cycle.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver's license.
• Must live within 1 hour of the job posting city.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate the existing client base and grow SaaS usage.
• Call on assigned clients to nurture and expand relationships.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients and opportunities to hit quota.
• Execute defined sales processes and cadences with excellence.
