Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand our SaaS client base and deepen engagements with existing software clients. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities, often working outside the home office.

This role requires 3+ years direct SaaS sales, 2+ years outbound sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel and a within 1-hour commute if local.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience.
• 2+ years outbound sales (full cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must live within 1 hour of job posting city (Charlottesville) or be willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration within existing client base and increase client engagement.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS client opportunities to meet sales quota.
• Contact assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales or usage.
• Execute required sales processes, certifications, and order-entry steps.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and call calibrations.
