Job summary

Thryv is expanding its international SaaS platform and seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our client base. You will engage existing clients, present opportunities for expanded usage, and pursue new SaaS opportunities to meet sales quotas.

This role requires extensive field work, including visits outside the home office, and collaboration with marketing and technology teams to drive sales strategies and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS or similar field.
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge with ability to understand Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal forms.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate existing client base to increase usage and grow SaaS uptake.
• Nurture and expand relationships with current clients; identify new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed predetermined sales quotas; conduct client visits outside home office.
