Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize payer barriers. You will work with providers, hospitals, ASCs, and payers, building cross-functional partnerships to deliver reimbursement solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in reimbursement/market access, strong coding knowledge for implants, and the ability to engage with HCPs across sites of service. Remote-friendly with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or healthcare administration required.
• 7+ years reimbursement/market access experience (Medicare/commercial) preferred.
• Coding knowledge for implantation devices is a plus.
• Experience engaging with HCPs and multiple sites of service is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Explain reimbursement education, resources, and support to customers across sites of service.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address access issues and program needs.
• Coordinate site visits, business reviews, and reimbursement training with clients.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Legal teams.
• Lead development of reimbursement presentations for client meetings and trainings.
• Stay informed on CMS and payer dynamics affecting Inspire access.
• Travel regularly up to 25% to support accounts and trainings.
