Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in the United States to optimize patient access by navigating Medicare and commercial payers.

You will build relationships with providers, hospitals, and clinics, guiding coding, coverage, and payment strategies across sites of service. You will communicate reimbursement education and coordinate with internal teams and field sales to minimize access barriers while supporting program reviews and account training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration.
• 7+ years of reimbursement/market access experience, including Medicare and commercial payers.
• Knowledge of coding, coverage and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs across multiple sites of service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Explain reimbursement education, support, and resources to customers across sites of service.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to address account and patient access issues.
• Respond to client requests for site visits, program reviews, and reimbursement needs.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for site visits and trainings.
• Stay updated on CMS and payer trends affecting Inspire.
