Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or healthcare administration required.
• 7+ years of reimbursement/market access experience with complex insurance payer claims.
• Knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs in multiple sites of service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Independent and team-oriented problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Be subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Explain reimbursement education, support, and resources to customers.
• Navigate account and patient access issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to client and internal partner requests for site visits and program reviews.
• Maintain customer relationships through reimbursement engagement and cross-functional partnerships.
• Execute on access and reimbursement strategic priorities with business partners.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for site visits and trainings.
• Keep abreast of CMS and payer trends affecting Inspire.
• Support additional responsibilities as needed.
