Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize reimbursement barriers. You will build relationships with providers, ambulatory centers and hospitals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure coverage and training across payer channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration required.
• 7+ years of reimbursement/market access experience with Medicare and commercial payers.
• Knowledge of coding, coverage and payment for implantable medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on coding, coverage and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Communicate reimbursement education and resources to customers across multiple sites of service.
• Navigate and address account and patient access issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support client site visits, program reviews and reimbursement needs.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for site visits and trainings; coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Legal.
