Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize reimbursement barriers across CMS and commercial payers. You will build relationships with providers, ambulatory centers, and hospitals while coordinating with internal and external teams to navigate coverage and coding challenges.

The role requires 7+ years in reimbursement/market access, implantable device knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25% in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and in-person/virtual presentation skills to interface with customers and partners.
• Demonstrated knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging directly with HCPs in multiple sites of service and group educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to optimize Inspire access and minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers.
• Lead reimbursement education, audits, and program reviews with external and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and Legal/Compliance on access strategies.
