You will build relationships with providers, offices, ASCs, and hospitals while collaborating with internal reimbursement teams and field sales to minimize barriers to therapy access. You will lead payer education, support site visits, and program reviews, while aligning with cross-functional partners like Sales, Marketing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration.
• 7+ years in reimbursement/market access with Medicare and commercial payers.
• Experience handling complex payer claims, denials, and appeals.
• Knowledge of coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs across sites and in group educational settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Be subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Effectively communicate reimbursement education, support, and resources to customers at multiple sites.
• Navigate and address account and patient access issues with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain customer relationships through reimbursement engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Advance access and reimbursement priorities with business partners.
