Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize payer barriers.

You will build relationships with providers and facilities, navigating Medicare and commercial payers while working with internal teams to support program education and site visits. You will engage with multiple sites of service, deliver reimbursement education, and manage cross-functional projects with a focus on access strategy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access and/or related roles.
• Knowledge of coding, coverage and payment for implantable medical devices across healthcare settings.
• Experience engaging with HCPs in multiple sites of service and educational settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients and partners.
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide reimbursement and market access support to optimize Inspire access for patients.
• Engage with providers, offices, ASCs, and hospital facilities to address coverage issues.
• Navigate payer channels to minimize barriers and communicate CMS/commercial payer impacts.
• Deliver training on billing and coding; support program reviews and account visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Legal teams on access strategies.
