Job summary

Axon is seeking a Project Manager to own and accelerate permitting for ALPR infrastructure deployments across multiple jurisdictions. You will guide customers through regulatory hurdles, standardize scalable workflows, and enable compliant, high-velocity installations.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to design scalable processes for high-volume deployments. Remote work with ~30% travel, reporting to the Director of Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing infrastructure, utility, or construction permitting in enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Experience engaging with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, zoning, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with AHJs and regulatory authorities nationwide.
• Optimize permitting timelines to align with ALPR project schedules.
• Provide permitting forecasts and impact guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and customer success to ensure compliant deployments.
